These are those vacated easements. Some vacated easements, such as a street vacation, may retain some encumbrance such as a drainage and utility easement; these are represented in both this vacated easement layer (for the vacated street) and the active easement layer (for the active drainage and utility easement). </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Each easement area is represented by a polygon drawn as accurately as practicable, but depending on when it was last reviewed, it could be based on an older interpretation of property lines which have since been refined.</SPAN></SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
